Being nominated as Business of the Year is an honor, one that we felt we have earned. We are incredibly privileged to be nominated next to such amazing company and look forward to celebrating, regardless of the winner.
According to the Central Penn Business Journal, “the Business of the Year Awards honor top companies and individual leaders for their outstanding contributions to Central Pennsylvania’s business community.” Making positive contributions across the board is something our team strives for each and every day. Regardless of if that’s through a paid campaign or a site redesign we’re always hoping to make a good impact.
Private by Nature
Being in digital marketing, we are used to being behind the scenes, executing campaigns rooted in metrics and that appear serendipitous in nature. Our best work is when the mass population doesn’t notice, but those within our target audience not only notice, but allow themselves to be moved or swayed by that marketing message.
At WTM, we measure our success by the successes of our client partners. When they celebrate a ‘best month ever,’ ‘record breaking sales,’ or need to think about expanding their operations due to growth, these are the events that get us excited. Rarely do we turn the camera back on us and celebrate our own accolades; the CPBJ nomination, forced use to do that.

We have clients who we are helping achieve business changing growth coming from all mediums, and our ROI-focused, integrated (omnichannel) methodologies are part of the reason for such amazing results… what a fun and interesting challenge we are lucky enough to be a part of.

The way that consumer shopping/browsing habits are evolving, forces us to refine our methodologies to not only stay current, but at the forefront of marketing, not just digital marketing. Our team of marketers continue to exude thought leadership in both online content and speaking presentations, which helps solidify one of our goals; to produce ROI improving results, while remaining transparent and educational.
